This is the first decaf that we got from outside of Colombia, so when we got the chance to stock an Ethiopian Decaf, we just couldn’t let that pass us by.
This Ethiopia Decaf is processed using the Sugarcane (Ethyl Acetate) method, a natural process that uses a compound derived from fermented sugarcane molasses to gently remove caffeine while preserving flavour.
Expect a smooth, medium body with rich notes of dark chocolate and caramel, a touch of sweetness, and a long, lingering aftertaste. Clean, consistent, and satisfying — proof that decaf can be delicious.
