At Donkerberg Coffee Co., we’re committed to delivering your premium coffee quickly, safely, and with the same care we put into every roast. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we get your order from our family to your doorstep.

Shipping Areas

We currently only ship throughout South Africa.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days within major cities and towns.
  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Fees

  • Flat Rate: R100 per order for orders under 4kg and R120 for orders over 4kg.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking details. You can track your order status anytime.

Issues & Delays

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@donkerbergcoffeeco.co.za. We’ll resolve the issue promptly.

Click & Collect

We offer a free Click & Collect option at our Reitz location. Select this option at checkout and wait for confirmation that your order is ready for pickup.
