Returns
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Perishable goods (such as opened coffee bags) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective product).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at sales@donkerbergcoffeeco.co.za.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
